Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Engineer with over 3 years of experience in leading teams and managing development and maintenance IT projects.

Skills in agile methodologies and willingness to assume various roles as needed are required. Knowledge of the project lifecycle, teamwork, and empathy are valued, as well as proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Teams, Planner, GitLab, and Project. Experience in risk management is essential, and experience in complex projects or with government entities is desirable. Technical English and experience in requirements management with the ability to work autonomously to meet objectives are required.

Certification in Scrum is necessary, and courses in Jira, GitLab, Planner, and risk management are desirable.

IT Architect

We are seeking an IT Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in software development projects.

Experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is required, along with the ability to provide technical guidance and a deep understanding of the software development environment and databases. The candidate should have skills in analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Aptitude for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies is valued. Desired certifications include cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), and relevant programming language certifications. The profile can be adjusted based on project needs.

We are seeking a QA with a background in Computer Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of experience in development and maintenance projects, with experience in agile methodologies.

Experience in API testing, knowledge of relational databases, and skills in strategy, planning, and creating test cases are required.

The candidate must be capable of executing functional, integration, regression, and non-functional (performance) tests, using JIRA for bug reporting and tracking. Experience in agile methodologies is valued, and certifications in SCRUM and ISTQB are desirable. For a profile focused on automation, experience with Selenium, Maven, Cucumber, Gherkin, and Git is required.

UX/UI

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can create intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences for digital products, working closely with the IT team to ensure proper technical implementation.

The candidate must conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, and develop style guides and design libraries. It is essential to collaborate with product teams to align interfaces with business goals and user needs.

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required, along with certification in Experience Design and Agile methodologies, and at least 2 years of experience in UX/UI.

Proficiency in tools such as Figma and knowledge of responsive design and web accessibility are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable.

Programmer

We are seeking a Programmer with a background in Computer Engineering or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in development and maintenance, with experience in agile methodologies. The candidate should be proficient in multi-language MVC development and familiar with front-end frameworks and data persistence frameworks.

Knowledge of design patterns and integration interfaces is required, as well as experience with PHP, Laravel, and Bootstrap.

Skills in code testing and experience with GitLab for version control are valued. Current certifications in Scrum, PHP, and preferably Laravel, are highly desirable.

Functional Analyst

We are seeking a Functional Analyst with a background in Computer Engineering or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in similar roles on development projects, with experience in agile methodologies.

The candidate should have knowledge in full stack development, multi-language MVC model, front-end frameworks, and data persistence frameworks, as well as experience with design patterns and integration interfaces.

Familiarity with project management and documentation tools is essential, along with expertise in requirements management, risk management, and task prioritization. Experience with Jira, GitLab, Project, and MS Teams is required. A current Scrum certification is indispensable.
