Our founder, Alberto Serra, as an IT consultant with expertise in Social Protection, has been invited to organize, moderate, and prepare a summary of learnings with recommendations at a Technical Workshop organized by GIZ on November 8 and 9, 2022, with the participation of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.
This is a great opportunity to support innovation within the governments of the region as our intention as a company specializing in social protection technology is to propose and guide the digital transformation process to build Modern, Innovative, Sustainable, Efficient, and Citizen-Oriented States.
This citizen-oriented digital transformation requires that processes be simpler, with faster changes adjusted to people’s needs, having intelligent systems capable of detecting conflicts.
This workshop allows us to dedicate space to identifying issues and opportunities and to support, from our experience and social commitment, digital transformation processes to achieve modern, innovative, sustainable, and efficient states.
Objective
The goal of this workshop is to achieve an in-depth technical dialogue that allows for the exchange of experiences (mutual advice) as well as collective inspiration regarding cross-cutting technical challenges in key areas related to social registers.
Methodology and Format:
The workshop will encourage open debate and feedback on various aspects. To achieve this, a space will be created with an atmosphere of trust and openness to dialogue among the technical teams from each country, aiming to generate a participatory environment of co-creation and collective inspiration during the event.
