Empowering Women Through Technology: A Perspective from Visiion

Our mission is focused on driving positive change through technology, and one of our strongest commitments is the empowerment of women. In line with this commitment, we would like to share and analyze the findings of a recent World Bank report that highlights the gender gap in the global labor market.

The report reveals a startling reality: women worldwide enjoy less than two-thirds of the legal rights that men have, posing serious challenges to their full participation in the workforce. This disparity is even more pronounced in practice, with many countries facing significant difficulties in effectively implementing gender equality laws and policies.

• The programs: Ciudad Mujer in Honduras and Ciudad Mujer in Paraguay have provided essential care and services to more than 180,000 women, offering them tangible opportunities for their personal development and growth.

• The Ministry of Women in Paraguay has served more than 4,000 women and delivered over 8,000 vital services.

“This system will modernize and optimize the labor inspection process by automating administrative tasks, eliminating the dependence on paper documents, and providing technological solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity at all levels of the institution.”
