Globally, there is the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development , which sets a transformative vision towards economic, social, and environmental sustainability, aiming, among its objectives, to eradicate extreme poverty, reduce inequality in all its dimensions, and promote inclusive economic growth with decent work for all. VISIION, committed to these goals, actively contributes by developing technological solutions that seek to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable sectors.

The global figures are alarming: 1.65 billion people worldwide are below the poverty line, and 750 million people are extremely poor. 736 million women (approximately one in three) have experienced some form of physical or sexual violence. In 2022, around 48,800 women and girls were killed by their partners or other family members; more than five women or girls are murdered every hour by someone in their own family.
